Gertie

Gertie is a little toot. She had some pretty bad ringworm when she got to me that took some time to heal. It was all over her poor little face. She was so sweet and cuddly during that time. When she was finally all better and big enough to go outside, she had a ball. Unfortunately, like so many other wild cats, she let the feral out. She’s hard to catch if I need to give her treatment for anything. She has earned her nickname Dirty Gertie, because she LOVES to roll around in the dirt pit the cats have created near the front of the pen. I hope she calms down as she gets older but right now she enjoys socializing with the other wilder kittens and, of course, staying very dirty.
